Marc Geriene
President and Co-Founder and Interim CEO

Marc Geriene is a co-inventor of the Nova Ray® and has provided vision, leadership and direction for the Nova Ray® technology and market applications. As an ROV pilot and former commercial diver he has continuously sought more cost-effective, versatile and innovative means of producing marine surveys. As President and interim CEO his duties will include the acquisition of a significant portion of the existing ROV sales versus lease market while directing the Nova Ray® as the ROV of choice into the more lucrative emerging markets. A business owner with more than 18 years of experience, he has established leadership, marketing and business development skills. He has a strong background in sales, negotiations, fund raising and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Formerly the Special Projects Director of Nova Marine Exploration, Mr. Geriene had been critical to the development of their business relationships throughout North America, the Caribbean and Asia.

Krist Geriene
Vice President Technical Production and Co-Founder

Krist Geriene is a co-inventor of the Nova Ray® and has provided technical development and product planning leadership for the Nova Ray® technology. He directs the Nova Ray’s ® project engineers, coordinates patent filings, and provides technical support for sales. His more than 18 years of experience includes marine surveys, commercial diving, ROV piloting, supply contract negotiations, production and assembly specifications, and financial oversight for the Nova Ray® project. A former ship’s engineer and project leader with retail sales experience, he spearheads the company’s lease with operator contracts, training and research and development efforts.

Raven Sockanathan
Director of Business Development

Raven has been in and out of international finance for the last ten years. Beginning as an audit assistant for HRM/Touche Ross International Public Accountants and Assistant Manager Corporate Finance in Bumiputra Merchant Bankers in Malaysia, he worked his way up to be Executive Director of Trade, Finance and Counter Trade of United City Merchants, and President and CEO of Malaysian-Philippines Utilities, Privilege Card Inc., and Suriya Spas. Raven''s key role is to assist Management in identifying the appropriate strategic partners and investors with the eventual goal of achieving a main board listing on a major stock exchange. Raven graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA.

Brent Campbell Williams
ROV Pilot and Director of Training

Mr. Williams is a skilled ROV pilot with hundreds of hours of flying time and also knows ROV’s from fabrication and assembly, to repairs in the field. He is responsible for training ROV pilots and providing training in the repairs and assembly where needed. His background includes construction, electronics, and CAD system operation. His experience in the boating and commercial fishing industries provides additional depth in understanding sub-sea customer needs and gathering data in the field for Oil and Gas pipeline inspection reporting. He has developed products in the field to improve ROV performance in difficult conditions, works closely with clients to provide results cost effectively. As an ROV operator and trainer, he draws from skills acquired in his previous marine career.
